Mentally condition your mind to play your best. -- Goals/issues ex: Focus, Tilt, Comms, Consistency, Not shutting down, Confidence, Motivation, Burnout prevention, Jitters/Pressure/Choking, Depression/Sadness, Finding your best form, Getting along with teammates, Flow state, work-life balance, etc. 1 session a week for 10 weeks straight.
Sessions Overview
Practicality
1 hour2nd session - after dealing with the core issue we start learning about the topics of your goals & implement specific exercises / tools. These exercises will help you zone in on what you need to improve on & start seeing what is holding you back. We practically start applying these improvements into action to create mindsets & behavioral shifts. Next up you send me an example vod showcasing where you currently are on your specific goals, for me to review your comms/tilt/shut down/etc. improvement.
Vod Review
1 hour3d session - I analyze it & bookmark main points. During our session we go through those points to figure out what caused them, what we could've done differently & what to do instead. We pinpoint new more specific goals to elevate your game. We educate on these topics, break myths & ineffective patterns. We practice different scenarios that could happen & how you'd react next. With mental conditioning we imprint those changes into your game play.
What's really going on
1 hourBefore we get started I have you fill out an evaluation questionnaire to assess your mental & your game. -- 1st session - we touch base on all the results of your evaluation, figure out together what's really going on for you mentally, emotionally, behaviorally & in game performance. We unblock you from the main things that are holding you back from playing at your full potential & dig down to the core reason that's creating this. We release some pent up emotions, focus on the big picture & establish a new healthy mindset that will get you to where you want to go. When you're a happy person, you're a happy player. You'll have the week to implement everything discussed so we can progress.
Performance
1 hour5th session - we dive into consistency. What is it & how do we achieve it. We figure out how best to hit the ground running with performing well over time. We look into your pre / post-game routines & make the proper adjustments. Our goal is to build a solid base of performance before we initiate high performance. *This session will be accompanied with a presentation. -- By this point your game should take a 180 degree turn.
Teaching
1 hour4th session - we learn about your specific game & role's mentality. Every agent takes a different energy / mental / approach. We run through the mindset that will work best for you to master your role. We modify what's needed & learn what's important for you to perform optimally. We use visualization to have you see yourself executing it over & over again. Then you have a week to put it to the test.
