In 10 sessions we will elevate your mental & your game to a winning level. Mentally condition your mind to play your best. -- Goals/issues ex: Focus, Tilt, Comms, Consistency, Not shutting down, Confidence, Motivation, Burnout prevention, Jitters/Pressure/Choking, Depression/Sadness, Finding your best form, Getting along with teammates, Flow state, work-life balance, etc. 1 session a week for 10 weeks straight.

Sessions Overview

Practicality

1 hour

2nd session - after dealing with the core issue we start learning about the topics of your goals & implement specific exercises / tools. These exercises will help you zone in on what you need to improve on & start seeing what is holding you back. We practically start applying these improvements into action to create mindsets & behavioral shifts. Next up you send me an example vod showcasing where you currently are on your specific goals, for me to review your comms/tilt/shut down/etc. improvement.

Vod Review

1 hour

3d session - I analyze it & bookmark main points. During our session we go through those points to figure out what caused them, what we could've done differently & what to do instead. We pinpoint new more specific goals to elevate your game. We educate on these topics, break myths & ineffective patterns. We practice different scenarios that could happen & how you'd react next. With mental conditioning we imprint those changes into your game play.

What's really going on

1 hour

Before we get started I have you fill out an evaluation questionnaire to assess your mental & your game. -- 1st session - we touch base on all the results of your evaluation, figure out together what's really going on for you mentally, emotionally, behaviorally & in game performance. We unblock you from the main things that are holding you back from playing at your full potential & dig down to the core reason that's creating this. We release some pent up emotions, focus on the big picture & establish a new healthy mindset that will get you to where you want to go. When you're a happy person, you're a happy player. You'll have the week to implement everything discussed so we can progress.

Performance

1 hour

5th session - we dive into consistency. What is it & how do we achieve it. We figure out how best to hit the ground running with performing well over time. We look into your pre / post-game routines & make the proper adjustments. Our goal is to build a solid base of performance before we initiate high performance. *This session will be accompanied with a presentation. -- By this point your game should take a 180 degree turn.

Teaching

1 hour

4th session - we learn about your specific game & role's mentality. Every agent takes a different energy / mental / approach. We run through the mindset that will work best for you to master your role. We modify what's needed & learn what's important for you to perform optimally. We use visualization to have you see yourself executing it over & over again. Then you have a week to put it to the test.

Reconfiguration

1 hour

7th session - this is where we put the pieces of the puzzle together. We reconfigure the best system for you to work with. The best mindsets that will put all our processes into place. We focus on what works best for you & look in-depth at what that looks like. We work on positive reinforcement, circle of influence, flow state, etc. to build mental resilience. This is where we tap into high performance.

High Performance (2)

1 hour

9th session - what are the mindsets tier 1 players use to be the best? How do they immerse themselves in the game that nothing can touch them? What are the elements of Tier 1 Players? How do they cope with losses & come back on top? All the pre-during-post game tools they use to not leave performance to chance. We cover the system you can put in place, how you can show up 1%, 5% better each and every day.

Half-way Evaluation

1 hour

6th session - we do a player performance evaluation. Where you currently stand with all the performance aspects (Confidence, Contribution, Skills, Motivation, Work-life balance, Consistency, Mentality, Focus, Accountability, comms. teamwork, emotional & wellness). Based on that we re-focus on our new objectives. We talk about what's going on for you personally in life in those aspects as well, to help you feel better so you perform better. We practice some energy training to help you realign & peak physically & mentally.

High Performance (1)

1 hour

8th session - we unleash high performance. What is it, it's different aspects & how to tap into it. Together we discover what your potential is & how to truly be that. We look into your highest passion & dreams, what you truly believe & how you can achieve that. We draw out your inner high performer, we go above & beyond what you ever thought you were capable of. This is where we do a cell-imprint exercise for real transformation.

Touch Ups & Closure

1 hour

10th & final session - we look back at our journey, where you started VS where you are now & how far you've come. We make final tweaks based on your experience. We allow plenty of time for you to ask all the questions you want about anything you're going through. We close out the journey with finalizing the process we've been putting into place, making sure we dot the i's and cross the t's. We end with a grounding inspiring Meditation to give you peace & excitement moving forward.
