Usually this is done through a Discord call, where I try to teach you anything I notice you could use to improve yourself (and explain why), matchup knowledge, jungle pathings, when/how to rotate, micro & macro decisions, answering questions, reviewing VODs, or other types of useful information, depending on which type of approaches you prefer.
