Rebuilding your Mentality with Smash!
This will be a four week training plan fully focused on rewiring how you look at Smash and how you treat your losses and growth/improvement. I'm known for having one of the most sturdy/positive mentalities out there, so with this, I can teach you how to have it too!
Sessions Overview
Mentality: Act II
1 hourWe'll further elaborate upon things talked about from Act I, and discuss solutions to start redirecting the way to think about the game in a different direction.
Mentality: Act I
1 hourWe'll discuss goals, Recommend beginning solutions, and the structure of how we want to take lessons.
Mentality: Act IV
1 hourThis will be the wrap up session. We'll cover everything we've spoke about, outline the solutions we've suggested, and get an idea of where to keep your headspace. By this point we will have discussed what it takes to keep your mentality in a positive and correctly directed place. By reiterating here, it will allow the mentality strategies we've discussed to stick and guide you in the future!
Mentality: Act III
1 hourElaborate again on Act I & Act II. This week will focus more on providing ways of thinking that are positive to keep you on the right track, making sure to reiterate things to stick to and fall back upon even when things can be tough to deal with or mentally taxing.
