Hi my name is Cham! I have played competitive fps for 17 years mostly in the Counter Strike games. Valorant was released and everything truly clicked. I began my journey to learn every concept that made this game run at the highest level. From playing collegiate to tier 2, I embodied the world of a player and student to the game. Surely enough with the endless need to learn and want to explain and watch people , I realized my true calling. Deep down I was and always will be a coach! My strengths come in the form of learning, adapting, and relaying information in a way that many people can understand. To learn the game is one thing but learning your player is the most important. Throughout my year and a half coaching, I have coached two Game Changers NA teams; Polaris and Man I Love Fwogs. We were able to take these unsigned rosters to the highest placings that unsigned Game Changers rosters have been. This comes in the form of being Top 6 & 8 GC NA and Top 13 world. Before the dissolving of these two teams, I was fortunate enough to watch my players that have grown over the months take their leave and join notable organizations such as; XSET, Gen.G, CLG, Shopify, and V1.
