I will sit down with the team and do a vod review of the scrim I coached or a different scrim. We will be talking more in depth about macro overwatch concepts & your team will have a set of goals/notes to focus on moving forward.

I will give another follow-up vod review of a future scrim after our previous sessions together to touch base on progress on your goals. I will give new goals if necessary or give solutions to existing problems.

As a final way to check-up and give feedback, I will review a map from your teams' scrim and send notes on it.

In our initial meeting, I will discuss with your team what your goals are, what your practice/scrim schedule looks like, a proper comms structure, as well as a discussion on meta/team comps and whatever else you'd like to discuss.
