Sessions Overview

Advantage and Disadvantage

30 minutes

In this session I will go over what you need to do after winning neutral. Donkey Kong as a touch of death advantage state. I will teach you combo routes from everyone of his moves. This will allow you to have a touch of death with the Monkë. You will be able to net early kills, edgeguard more efficiently, and also we will nail down your PDKO's In this lesson I will also go over what to do while in disadvantage. Picking and choosing battles as a heavy. And we will learn how to quickly reverse bad situations into good! Changing up how you recover as DK as well. I will show you how I make it back to stage in the worst situations. So you can too!

Neutral God

30 minutes

In this first lesson we will go over the importance of neutral. And exactly how to move around with such a big character. Donkey Kong has such strong neutral tools at his disposal. Let me show you how to maximize them.

Ledge Trapping and Edgeguarding

30 minutes

I will go over how to ledge trap with DK, Importance of spacing moves,2 frames available to us as well as reversal situations when you are on ledge or off stage. We have availability to ledge trap every character.

Combo Kong

30 minutes

I will teach you the best options for combo routes with DK. We will also go over stage picks and advantages on certain stages. You will know how to counter pick and what to ban more efficiently after this lesson.

Close out session

30 minutes

From here you will master how to put everything together. Neutral, advantage,disadvantage, combo routes, ledge trapping. All to come together to make the best DK! If you have questions after you will have access to me in my discord as well to push you further!
