This training plan is designed specifically for those who are looking to pursue the avenue of becoming a coach. My goal is to help any player/coach better present information in a digestible manner. The goal ideally is to broaden our own perspectives and help share and grow knowledge while sharing my personal coaching style to mesh with your own. This also included dedicated time to asking for guidance on how to explain any specifics topics you feel you struggle with(EX:Pressure, Neutral, ledge trapping, etc) Please submit a vod that best presents your coaching style.

This session would be focused on reviewing and discussing the coaching vod provided in depth and going over how to better present X information and discussing potential alternatives. Perspectives are key so spending the time to discuss the thought behind a lot of the discussion will be the main focus here
