Within that time I have competed in on and offline competitive matches, sets, and tournaments. Though my beginning was rough, because my unorthodox playstyle gave me the community title “Worst Online Tekken Player”. I didn’t let that get me down I polished my skill can kept competing. One year later _2017) I moved to Washington state and competed in Seattle Northwest Majors taking 3rd in my first official tournament. 3 months after that the Army started recruiting for Army Esports Tekken players. I signed up and took 1st in the qualifiers 2 years in a row. From there they sponsored me to the major tournaments I didn’t have access to, giving me the experience I needed to level up even further. Through that journey my title changed from “Worst online Tekken Player” to “One of the best Master Ravens in North America”. I’ll take it. My most notable placements are (2 years in a row) 1st place Army Esports Qualifier (2019-2020), 2nd place SOVA King of the Iron First Tournament (2022), 7th place Red Bull Conquest – Seattle Qualifier (2019), 97th place Evo (2022). Well, I’m a certified Instructor for the US Military. So breaking down information and information transfer isn’t ever an issue (spanning ages 16-40). I also have over 2 decades of legacy Tekken experience, 15 years King experience, 7 years Raven/Master Raven experience. With those characters specifically combined I maintain a 65% to 75% win ratio. My coaching experience with Tekken players? I been a lead coach on the Khepri Esports team for a year now. I am training a few team members; although they don’t play king or Master raven; there are fundamentals and other important skills you need to become more proficient at that game. I also so stream and at any given time people ask for tips, tricks, and knowledge on the game. I doesn’t matter if its frames, okie, mix, or Meta I always have something to offer when it comes to a response. My coaching style? I really like people playing their own way! As a unorthodox competitor, there is nothing better to see someone that thrives that way. Examples: Kaizer, Chenzho, Eyemusician We will start by identifying what is your style and type by running a few sets. After, we will go over what’s missing. I also have execution drills to build movement, just frame, parry/counter proficiency. All of these drills have a by the level tier system so you will not move to fast and get in over your head.
