Sessions Overview
Deckbuilding
1 hour
In this first session I will teach you the rules of deckbuilding and explain briefly certain things that help me decide what deck to play as well as what non engine cards to incorporate.
Playtesting
1 hour
Now with the new information and SOUPED up deck you have I can teach you how to properly playtest and learn the ins and outs of your deck as well as the ins and outs of the other popular decks in the format so that you can learn their chokepoints easier for the future as well as be familiar with what they're going to do.
technical play
1 hour
two 30 minute sessions of Technical play lessons specialized to going first and second
1st 30 minutes will prepare going first focusing on playing around hand traps, low commitment combos and preparing follow up also when you can/ should do that, and preparing for going second bomb cards such as Ultimate Slayer, Dark ruler no more, and Forbidden Droplet
2nd 30 minutes will focus on going second
-How to analyze when to/why to/and how to simplify the game state and enter a grind game
-What to handtrap/ chokepoints in the top meta decks
- how to make reads and pick apart a board going second
