  Most cases just come with a vod to review (normally one you could have won but did not) and a will to admit fault in your own gameplay and you get great value.

• What roles/heros can I coach?
  I play Tank at the Top500 level however, I can (and have) coached all roles to great success and I pride myself on being able to play all heroes to their fullest potential.
