Want to bring in your squad and bring them to the next level? In this 5-hour boot camp, we will take the whole team and go through multiple sessions tackling all the concepts needed to be a cohesive force in the HCS. Complete with video recordings and documents for the team to study and reference.
Sessions Overview
Team Introduction
1 hourOur first meetup will be with the whole squad on Discord so I can get to know you guys and how you operate with each other. For this session, I would like to have a recorded scrim gameplay (with comms) ready that we can watch together and analyze. This will give me a sense of what the team needs to focus on and work on.
Teamwork and Communication
1 hourThis first lesson focuses on fundamental in-game habits for the team to work most effectively with each other.
Metagame / Mindset
1 hourThe last hour of the program is focused on talking about all the things you can do outside of playing that are important to the success of the team. Building these habits are what separates good teams from great teams.
Opening Strats, Setups, and Breakouts
1 hourWe will spend time going through each map and gametype and build a reference document for the future so the team can have the same goals going into each match and be prepared for any situation.
