5 Sessions of 1.5 Hours Each A boot camp is described as a short but very difficult training program. This mini boot camp is designed to be short but not difficult at all. This is the training plan I highly recommend for anyone looking to work together for multiple weeks. Repeated sessions allows us to get to know each other better and allows me to fully understand your strengths and weaknesses as a player and build out a plan to help you reach your goals. No matter your rank this boot camp will help you improve as a player.
