Session 1 - Setting goals and initial discussion

This session is where we will go over the notes from the demo/VOD review and discuss achievable goals

Session 2 - First follow-up

1 hour

This session will cover the performance plan and your progress along it, we will also discuss how you feel your level is since beginning the program and formulate any additional points that might help

Session 3 - Second Follow-up

1 hour

This session will follow on from the 2nd session, including an up to date VOD review and further discussion surrounding any hurdles you faced during your time using the performance program.

Session 4 - Third Follow-up

1 hour

This session will follow on from the 3rd session, including further discussion surrounding any hurdles you faced during your time using the performance program.

Session 5 - Fourth Follow-up

1 hour

This session will follow on from the 4th session, including an up to date VOD review and further discussion surrounding any hurdles you faced during your time using the performance program.

Session 6 - Final Follow-up and Review

1 hour

With this final step of the training plan, we will review your training plan, discuss your evolution as a player, review a final VOD together, discuss future improvement points.
