This training plan is catered to those who require full team coaching. I will aid and walk your team through an understanding of team strategies and guide your team to develop a deeper understanding of each game mode. Idea's like helping you understand your team's movements around the map and when to stay alive vs help your teammate, learning how to execute, improve teamwork significantly and many more
Sessions Overview
Diving in
1 hourThis lesson will have the team proactively playing and participating in a 5 game scrim (matchmaking if a scrim can't be set up) . After we will conduct a short VOD review after to discuss my notes and other various things that happened in the scrim.
Art of War
1 hourNow that I am familiar with you and your team, in this portion we will discuss the proper ways to play each game mode / map while adding your own unique style to match your strong suites.
Final
1 hourThis lesson will have the team proactively playing and participating in a 10 game scrim (matchmaking if a scrim can't be set up) . I will be proactively coaching and assisting your team throughout the 10 games. After we will conduct a final VOD review after to discuss my notes and other various things that I feel we need to touch base on. After this portion, I am beyond confident that you and your team's game play will improve and you will all have the necessary tools to progress your game play even further!
Getting to know you and the team
1 hourThis lesson will allow me to get a look at the team at a closer level, meet everyone and see how everyone meshes together. From here, as a team, we will go over some of the things that the team feels are your strong suits, weak points, areas of interest, conflict/resolution skills and etc. This will allow me to assess the teams dynamic further and get a good grasp of where to provide feedback.
