This training plan is for players competing at tier 1 events like Regional and International championships. This plan is tailored to prepare you for your next big tournament

Sessions Overview

Metagame Discussion and Deck Choices

1 hour

Here we will talk about what decks you can expect to play against and what your best play will be for the tournament.

Gameplay Review

1 hour

I will watch you games and provide tips and insights as you play.

1v1 Coaching Session

1 hour

We will play "open hand" games where we can both see the other player's hand, and I will talk you through and explain to you the correct in-game decisions and why. You will practice against a variety of different decks expected to appear at the tournament.

Deckbuilding

1 hour

We will make any necessary edits/changes to you deck based on our previous games

1v1 Coaching (closed hand)

1 hour

I will simulate a tournament opponent. You will no longer be able to see my hand and have to make informed decisions based on our practice. You will play against decks I feel you need the most practice against.

Skill Asessment

1 hour

I will play you in a best of 3 to assess your skills and figure out where to focus our training
