1:1 Session - 30 Mins - Which can be all sorts of things, VoD Review, BR Practice, Training Mode, Dominion in particular doesn't have spectate but we can review old footage or screen share as I watch the match and do minor tips and tricks for the match but mostly spectate [to help build game sense in the moment] and then review the match vod afterwards then try another match with same process, we can do whatever you feel you would need to help you improve (Otherwise the spectate w/ light tip commentary > review > try again has been a method I like to go for). I also like to make document with some information that highlights/reviews tips & such given throughout the lesson for them to be able to review after the lesson for reference.
