Hey guys, I'm Karin - a certified life coach & esports mental & high performance mastery coach. I've worked with teams from orgs such as Team Liquid, TSM, Team Vitality, CASE, FOKUS, as well as players & coaches from NRG, FaZe Clan & OXG, among many others, in multiple games. I believe in putting Mental & High Performance Coaching at the forefront of esports. I provide personally tailored 1on1 & team mental performance coaching sessions, as well as workshops/courses/bootcamps. Individually I work with you on everything from tilt, choking & confidence to skill improvement, IGLing & mastering your in-game role. We talk about whatever's on your mind & clear out the obstacles in your way so you can play at your best consistently, using focus exercises, emotional therapy, meditations, mental conditioning & more. Collectively I provide team sessions to set a vision & goals, air out team conflicts, perfect team dynamics, pre/post match talks, player/staff/team analysis, bootcamps, scouting & more. Feel our best = Perform our best. Take your game to the next level & achieve peak performance.

Player - Are You Productive, Or Are You Just Busy?
There is such a big difference between being truly productive - than having a busy schedule. Just the fact that you don’t have spare time or you’re moving around all day from 1 thing to the next, does not mean you’re being productive.  Being super busy can be very draining, stressful, uncomfortable, frustrating & so misleading. You built your schedule to create more, play better, accomplish the things you want. But then you look back at the last 3 months & you’re like - did I though? You DID a lot, yes... But just doing anything isn’t working smarter, it’s working harder. Simply more isn’t better.

Why are esports players that seem to have it all - championships, money, status, achievements, fame - are still sometimes very unhappy?

HOW is subjective. It can work for 1 person but not the other. It may work on 1 thing/issue, but not

The fear can be >> Fear of letting people down (others, myself) Fear of what others think of me (teammates, parents, org, fans) Fear of feeling ashamed for

Normalizing FLOW STATE in esports
There's a famous saying regarding Flow State to "Turn Work into Play" How lucky are we that our work is PLAY? Normalizing FLOW STATE in esports: What if I told you that you are ALWAYS in flow? What if you were always in flow, but are just doing things that keep you away from it? What if flow state was your natural state & it's just fear making you overthink things, because of past hurts? Your actions will determine the level of

How to structure 1on1s with my players as a coach (for esports in-game coaches)
1. 1on1s are crucial, don't skip them because there's no time. Your in-game goals depend on them. Remember you're are a head coach as well as a strategic coach, make time for both roles
