Hi there, my name is Kevin Le (aka "Lelicious"). I'm a self-taught, turned Professional Valorant Head Coach who has worked with prospective professionals in Valorant. I follow three simple rules, 1) keep an open mind, 2) be respectful, 3) don't tilt. Other than those rules, work hard. In terms of my experience, I ran a discord channel and have coached well over 100+ players from Iron-Radiant. I stopped MM at Immortal 1 during beta w/ 4 alts hitting diamond while running coaching sessions in live game settings (both scrims and rated matchmaking). Since then I went on to compete at the highest of Tier 2 Valorant with Mamba Mode Gaming or MMG, and help contributed to several of my players signed to Tier 1. I signed my first professional contract in April of 2021, which marked 10 months since I started coaching and with no professional background. Since I started, many players that I've worked with went on to sign with Tier 1 organizations (Ghost, TSM, T1, DarkZero, and Shopify Rebellion). Success in Valorant requires mastery of these three core pillars: 1) teamwork, 2) game sense, and 3) individual mechanics.
