Tier 1 Service
This is the service that I offer to stronger teams and larger organizations, now made public. It includes the aspects of a Mental and Talent evaluation that is seen in the Tier 2 and 3 services, but it also includes personalized plans for EVERY player in terms of diet and dopamine control, as well as a complementary 2-week follow-up with an offer for a discounted Tier 2 or 3 service in case there are any further issues that need to be resolved.
Sessions Overview
Comm Review
1 hourI will need to review a VOD with comms to see what issues there are in communications/team coordination and chemistry, and to figure out how I can help these issues.
Mental Evaluation
1 hourI send a questionnaire to figure out what issues individual players are having mentally, be it a form of frustration, or a lack of self-esteem, I can take care of it at the end of the lesson.
Personalized Diets
1 hourAt the beginning of the plan I will also send out a form to every player to see what diet limitations and preferences they have, and I will build a diet for every single player including 2-3 meals for every single day of the week that will maximize their potential and performance in the server and out.
Talent Evaluation
1 hourAt the end of the plan, I will send a private report to the organization hiring me (or Team Captain), where I outline what players are healthy for the team and it's long-term success, and which players are a detriment and should be removed, if there are any.
2 Week Follow-Up
1 hour2 weeks after our initial session, I will do a quick follow-up with the team and evaluate the progress of the team, or any changes that may have been made. I will answer any questions and adjust anyone's personal plans as need be, as well as offer a discounted Tier 2 or 3 service if the team feels as if they need a little bit more of a boost to iron out their kinks.
Personalized Dopamine Plan
1 hourI will create a personalized plan for every player based on their existing habits which will rebalance their dopamine and greatly increase motivation and drive to be the best they can be, and the reason for a 2-week follow-up is that I need to verify that every individual's plan worked.
