Sessions Overview
Mental Evaluation
1 hour
I send a questionnaire to every player of the team to figure out what mental aspects they are weak on, and I later privately send them my verdict on how to fix these issues at the end of the lesson.
Dietary Lesson
1 hour
I give a quick lesson on the importance of diet in Esports, and the basics of what to avoid and what to consume to increase performance and motivation.
VoD + Comm Review
1 hour
I will listen to the comms of one vod to establish any mental problems in specific players or communication/personality issues, and anything else that I deem important to mention.
30 Minute Q&A/Mental Coaching (Optional)
1 hour
An optional 30 minute Q/A where I answer any questions that students may have, be they personal or team-related, and I attempt to give any mental coaching to players that ask for it or need it. This is the free-for-all part of the lesson.
Talent Evaluation
1 hour
At the end of the lesson, I privately reach out to the organization (or Team Captain) of the team that has reached out to me, and I give them an analysis on what players are healthy for the team and should be built around in the long-term, and what players are a negative impact to the team and should be removed, if there are any.
Dopamine Lesson
1 hour
I give a short lesson on the important connection between dopamine and motivation, and how to control/guide your dopamine to maximize your motivation and in turn, performance. If listened to carefully, this lesson will guarantee improvement as a player and/or teammate.
