🏆 Coach my Team - Performance & Improvement plan

Do you play for a team which lacks structure, direction and consistency? Maybe you just aren't sure what the best ways are to improve, or play certain maps? This is the lesson for you. I will implement everything necessary to the success of any functional valorant team. Here is some of the many things we will discuss in the plan: -Defaults -Meta strats -Communication -Team fundamentals -IGL Coaching -Map fundamentals -Agent fundamentals -Professional insight I will organise and facilitate your practice sessions, giving you clear and concise methods to improve. We will work on a map by map basis, starting with a theory session of the day on a map, where I will be running the session, creating and implementing defaults, strategies and map theory to give you a route to success. I have ALWAYS created, lead, and effectively coached my own teams throughout my 20 years of experience as a gamer. It was no different during my VALORANT career.
