Sessions Overview
Intro
1 hourBegin the training plan by talking it out, watch a replay or two if needed to gauge your skill level, and see what you struggle or excel with
Final Review
1 hourWe will do one best of 5 set, and following that a vod review of said set, where we will talk about where you went wrong and what you have learned/done well. Includes a written summary at the end to detail progress made as well as what to work on in the future.
Constructive Sparring
1 hourTalk through the matches and try to implement what we observed and discussed during the intro session
