Aim Training + Mental Coach - Custom Plan
This 2 month long Training Plan, focuses on encouragement in both Real Life and in Aim Training providing an environment where you are able to strive and grow both as an Player in the Server and also as a Person in real life. This Custom Plan was requested by 5cm Nva.
Sessions Overview
Starting Refinement - Week 2
1 hourBasing on the feedback I have given on our last session, I will watch you work on the playlist I have given, seeing if there has been any improvement. Adjustments on the Playlist will be done, depending on how well you are coping with the difficulty.
Evaluation - Month 1 - Week 1
1 hourI will be sending you a Playlist for you to do, record them and upload them for Review. I will be giving feedback for each scenario, identifying areas where you are lacking and what you can do to reach the next level.
Progress & Mental Check - Week 4
1 hourSimilar to Week 2, you will be going through the playlist and I will be giving some feedback based on your performance. Adjustments to the playlist will be done here too such as the difficulty or swapping out different scenarios. After this, we will spend some time checking on your mental well being and making sure that everything is alright.
Cimbing the Mountain + Mental - Week 2
1 hourSimilar to Week 4, you will be going through the playlist and I will be giving some feedback based on your performance. Adjustments to the playlist will be done here too such as the difficulty or swapping out different scenarios. After this, we will spend some time checking on your mental well being and making sure that everything is alright.
Mental Evaluation - Week 3
1 hourThis week's session, we will be focusing on making sure you are doing fine mentally and that everything is going alright. We will be discussing on any problems that are on your mind, self doubt or anxiety. As well as the next step forward and how to tackle these problems.
Closing Words & Next Steps - Week 4
1 hourOnce again we will go over your current progress in KovaaK's and fine tuning the playlist based on your current level. After this, we will talk about your where you currently are at with life and how things are looking. Hopefully, by this time you have received new found confidence and have a better understanding on what you would like to achieve.
Encouragement - Month 2 - Week 1
1 hourSimilar to Month 1, Week 3. We will be focusing on making sure you are doing well mentally and things are doing well. Encouragement will be a priority here to help you destress and to focus on becoming more positive. We can also talk about a variety of topics that you are interested in, such as the Science behind Aim Training, the different tools like RawAccel or Sens Randomizer. As well as peripherals.
