1 Month Training Plan
This is a dedicated VGC Training Programme with four 2 hour sessions spanning over a month. During this plan we can take a deep dive into Team Building, BO3 Practice and help improve your overall game play and decision making. We will finish each session with an overview of what we have covered as well as setting goals to achieve at your next session. This plan is designed to be a higher intensity programme to help improve a variety of different areas of your play.
Sessions Overview
Week 1
2 hoursDepending on your entry level to VGC the areas we cover at the beginning can vary. As a beginner we will cover all the fundamentals of the video game championships before moving into Team Building and team testing/practice session. If fundamentals already known we move straight into the team building process or battling aspects of the session.
Week 3
2 hoursWeek 3 is a continuous of week 2. We will look at a number of key aspects in regards to team performance, optimisation and creating win conditions. During this session we can also discuss in game mentality and specific techniques you can adopt to give you that extra 10%.
Week 2
2 hoursIn our week 2 session we further explore where we left off in our week 1 session. Primarily focusing on initial team testing using the team we built. Looking at how to identify weak areas in a team build and how to optimise these areas to improve the team on a whole against the current format. This lesson can vary depending on your entry level into VGC.
Week 4
2 hoursWeek 4 will wrap up this VGC plan. We will look specifically at BO3 practice, including team preview analysis and in game decision making. We will finish the session with video analysis of your games and covering any final tweaks your team may benefit from.
