During this lengthy session, I will sit with you and discuss all aspects of what it takes to be good on the controller role, watch one of your VODs together, and discuss your mistakes and what you can do to improve. This will include: -Anchoring sites on defence -Understanding HOW and WHEN to lurk as smokes -Which agents should be picked on certain maps, as well as helping you understand which smokers fit your playstyle the most. -Agent mechanics/tech that you might not know

This will be similar to the regular individual coaching, but with more of a focus on improving your skills as an in-game leader. During the session we will go through: -Constructing a gameplan -Start of round calling -Mid round calling -How to best use players within your team, to their strengths -Leadership skills -Calling reactively -Reading opponent's tendencies Before attending the session please record a ranked match, which you have played where the game was not one sided, but where you felt you made some mistakes or could have done better.

The 1 on 1 coaching lesson is an all-round general coaching, in which I will give feedback on all aspects of your game, and adjust that focus according to your needs. Initially, during the session we will first discuss your current ranking, main agents and any issues you feel you may be having that you might want me to focus on. Then we will watch the recorded VOD together, and I'll make notes and give feedback during the session. After we are finished, I will give you a copy of the recording of the session so you can watch back the coaching in your own time. During the session, I will cover more specifics including: -Mechanics (In-depth analysing each area including movement, crosshair placement and mouse control - giving you drills for each) -Agent based advice and information (Telling you which agents suit your playstyle the most, which agents are best for climbing, how many agents you should have in your pool etc.) -Decision-making (Giving you concepts that you can apply to many scenarios, ways to remind yourself to reinforce good habits, help you understand the logic behind good decision making.) -Mental based issues (I'm not a mental health professional, but over my time competing I've come up with ways to deal with Anxiety, tilt, excuse-making, inconsistency as well other things that may stop you from improving or performing to your potential) I'll also help you figure out which agents suit your playstyle the most, and the best ways for you to climb Before attending the session please record a ranked match, which you have played where the game was not one sided, but where you felt you made some mistakes or could have done better.
