How to IGL
This training plan is catered to those who want to pick up on how to be an IGL or improve as an IGL. We will be working together to learn how to properly become an in-game leader and begin to identify your main areas of improvement. We will be looking to cover your GAME SENSE and DECISION MAKING for your team, ideas on how you are able to read the map, make better mid-round decisions, how to strat/counter strat, the economy game and etc. This lesson will be very dense in terms of theory and knowledge so be ready!
Sessions Overview
Intro to IGLing
1 hourWe will be looking at your current understanding of what it means to be an in-game leader. We will start to cover your current understanding of GAME SENSE and DECISION MAKING and how these things affect you and your team.
Mid Round Decision Making + Round Awareness
1 hourThis lesson will allow us to focus on ideas on how you are able to read the map, make better mid-round decisions, how to strat/counter strat etc.
Mindset
1 hourThis lesson will allow us to look at the mindset of what it means to be a leader
Team Moral and Being a Leader
1 hourThis lesson will focus on the ideas of how you are able to, directly and indirectly, affect the morale of your team and how you as a leader are able to have a team rely on you.
