Mechanics Coaching (Aim Training + Movement Training)
In this lesson we'll go in depth into everything you need to know about mechanics and how to train them. We'll discuss what you think your weaknesses are, then go through a couple exercises to identify what we need to focus on and give you a training plan based around that! Keep in mind that 90% of my clients who think mechanics are their biggest weakness are incorrect, this is a specialized session for those who've already gone through coaching previously or just need help building a mechanics plan to improve.
