This training plan focuses on helping you in all states of gameplay decide what is best option and how risk/reward works with ness. This training plan also helps with making decisions under pressure and we will go over how to be unpredictable and not auto pilot when playing neutral.

Sessions Overview

Unpredictability

1 hour

This session we will go over tons of mixups in order to keep your neutral swift and unforeseeable allowing you to keep your opponent fearful of what your next option is going to be. The goal is to use all of Ness' kit in order to be as unpredictable as possible when interacting in neutral

Under Pressure Neutral

1 hour

This session centers around learning how to keep calm when being pressured. We will talk about how to use your offense options as defense options. "The best defense is a good offense". Learning how to stay safe and deal with pressure at the same time is important.

Risk/Reward

1 hour

This session alone will explain how to get damage in neutral without playing too risky. I will go over different methods on how to get neutral openings and apply more pressure onto your opponent.
