This training plan will go over how to deal with Disadvantage as Ness. With Ness' poor air mobility and floatiness in the air he struggles to avoid getting juggled and make it back to stage. He also struggles to play neutral against characters with long disjoints like swords' and when approaching wrong with Ness it could always lead to you losing your stock.

Sessions Overview

Avoiding Juggles

1 hour

The core of this lesson is learning how to avoid juggling. We will emphasize how to land from getting juggled and what moves are good to use in order to help Ness land . Getting juggled by some characters is almost inevitable, but, the way you go about dealing with it could change how the match goes depending on how much damage you talk and how long you spend in the air. Timing and Positioning in important for mixing up your opponent.

Disadvantage Mixups

1 hour

This lesson will go over some of Ness' interesting mix-up's to help him out when getting put into disadvantage. There's a lot of movement that we will go over in order to make you more evasive and harder to predict.

Dealing With Disjoints

1 hour

The objective for this lesson is once back into neutral; having a gameplay for when dealing with a character that's hard to hit in order to put yourself out of disadvantage and back into advantage. Disjoints are hard for ness to deal with because most of the time Ness is in the air and is easy to predict. However there are things that can be used in order to make neutral easier like grabbing and dashing which makes your neutral more unpredictable allowing you more time to make decsions.
