Team coaching and support package

This is a coaching package that's similar to head coach position in more advanced teams. This also provides structure to teams rather then only reviewing their gameplay. Your team will receive a session of vod reviews but will also have their vods individually reviewed with talks to the team members to monitor performance throughout the week. Team members may also receive performance coaching discussions and have scrims spectated depending on time.
