Before I explain what is going to happen there is something that is needed for this plan: Air roll right or left is very essential for this plan and you should be very comfortable with your air roll binds if not you are going to struggle. If not please book a live session with me and I can give you some tips to help master your air roll. In this Plan, we can do any Freestyle mechanics you want! whether that would be Maktuf resets or Psychos or both!
