8x1hr sessions

This is the same as my All in one improvement plan however broken up into 8 sessions of 1 hour. Typically reserved for higher ranked players that would like more sessions over Longer sessions to hit as many different things as we can and give them more time to work on things. This plan can also work for people who prefer a more weekly schedule. Anyone below plat I would recommend doing longer sessions, there tends to be more to talk about and work on which extra time with me helps a lot with!
