This is a basic plan for teams who want to improve. I'll sit down with each player and address their weaknesses, and then do two sessions with the entire team to talk about game plans and weapon compositions.

Sessions Overview

Induvial session one

1 hour

This is where the first teammate can pick what we do, build reviews, vod reviews, sparing, it's up to them.

Individual Session Two

1 hour

This is where the second teammate can pick what we do, build reviews, vod reviews, sparing, it's up to them.

Individual Session Three

1 hour

This is where the third teammate can pick what we do, build reviews, vod reviews, sparing, it's up to them.

Individual Session Four

1 hour

This is where the fourth teammate can pick what we do, build reviews, vod reviews, sparing, it's up to them.

Team wrap up

1 hour

This is where we'll talk over anything that hasn't been addressed and we'll also make sure that everyone has a direction to help them move forward.

Team introduction

This is where we'll all sit down together and come up with a list of things to address as a team or as individuals.
