. My coaching and pro experience -I've been a full time pro player for (officially) 7 years, over the last 4 years I've also coached League giving me the time to develop my own technique to teach pro level gameplay in a way that's applicable to ANY elo. Over the years this has let me help hundreds of students understand how to think, learn and play like a pro player. My YouTube series 'Play like a pro' is the perfect example of this so if you want to see this in action go check that out! Examples of my work I make coaching content on YouTube so you can easily check out some of my work before you book a session to be confident that I'm the real deal. You can also check out the progress / references from some of my past students! My YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@CoachRogue My students achievements: https://imgur.com/a/c6yME5t My resume / achievements: https://imgur.com/a/2OvLHlI My community / student discord (ask for references if you'd like): https://discord.gg/jpca8WF2Uw Why I know I can help YOU -I've helped hundreds of students so far who have all made incredible improvement since our sessions, students going from Bronze to Gold, Gold to Diamond and ever students who have made it to Master tier. I've worked with plays who are brand new to league all the way to challenger players aspiring to go pro in all 5 positions, all of which have had results. The first session is generally the most obvious improvement which is why I offer a 30 minute consultation + VOD review for just $5, this way I can prove to you that I'm the coach to help you. A typical session with me -The first session we will begin reviewing your OP.GG / profile and talking about the problems you face / your goals or goal rank and how we're going to get there. Then we'll jump into a VOD review together and focus on the fundamentals, with all my experience in coaching this is always the quickest and easiest improvement which is why I always start with it. If you take a 2hr session (which I recommend for your first session) or in later sessions we can have you play a live match and I'll guide you through it, this way I can demonstrate to you that what I've taught you over that lessons works in practice and show you you can do it. Why I am now a full time coach / content creator -Teaching my students is my passion, I enjoy so much the messages I receive when my students rank up or send me a replay because they've just perfectly executed something we covered in my most recent session. For this reason I'm now focusing full time on making League Of Legends guides / YouTube videos and coaching! Feel free to contact me with questions Discord: coachrogue

Introduction Hello and welcome to my guide, My name is Rogue and I played as a professional League Of Legends player for seven years. During this time, I made many achievements throughout my career: -Domestic champion -Represented my region at MSI -Completed in multiple top tier leagues internationally (LFL, LCO. Tips and tricks -Until you finish stacking your Manaflow Band you should only use your E when it’s up unless in an all-in, use E everytime Manaflow is available. -In lane / teamfights stand behind your teammates, when an enemy uses a gap closer ability on your teammates you should cast Q on your teammates so the enemy is instantly rooted when they arrive. -Run towards your W when it is coming back to you to receive the shield quicker, the same can be done to delay the shield as well. -Use your R to stop enemies' recalls, your R cooldown is extremely short making it worth it. -Your R cooldown is very low in the mid/late game, use it on enemy champions who don’t have lifesteal as soon as you see them to poke them out, especially control mages. -Use your E to check bushes before face checking when warding, you will get vision and comet will proc if it hits an enemy. -Consider taking Barrier some games, you can tank an incredible amount of damage with your W + Barrier making it hard for enemies to all-in in lane. -Run into the lane bushes whenever you look for a Q in lane, you can get closer to the enemy using fog of war and they won’t see it coming. -Try to get to neutral objectives first, leave your E on the ground to block chokepoints to make it hard for enemies to enter -When sieging towers leave your E on the ground next to the tower to zone the enemy so you team has more space to hit the tower. -Play around your cooldowns in teamfights, don’t risk going for autoattacks when they do almost no damage anyway, instead be safe and go into fog of war to surprise your enemy with you next round of abilities -You should almost always go the Comet/AP build, only go the Guardian build when you feel like you need it to survive an all-in damage heavy enemy bot lane (EG: Blitzcrank + Draven / Nautilus + Kalista) -Try to fight in the jungle rather than in lanes or river, your abilities especially your R is super effective in these tight spaces. Soraka Tips And Tricks -Put 3 points in your Q before maxing your W, when versing a low ranged botlane you can put 4 or 5 points into Q if you want to play to dominate your lane -Most often it’s better to skill your E level 2 unless your ADC is low health or you’re in an extended fight as you can immediately start using it to poke out the enemy. -Use your Q in bushes instead of facechecking, you’ll be able to see if an enemy is insane -When trying to escape an enemy it’s almost always best to run to your teammates, if one of them is low enough health to proc your passive the enemy won’t be able to keep up. -In teamfights play behind you carries and conserve your health as much as possible so you can continue healing them -Unless your teammates need it to survive, it’s often best to be selfish and use Redemption and your ultimate on yourself so you can stay healthy and continue healing your team with W. -When doing baron with your team don’t attack it, your damage is almost useless and you will take damage from it’s poison even if you’re not tanking, instead stand back and heal your teammates while they do it Suggested runepages Runes Advanced Bone Plating - Use Boneplating as a deterrent against enemies

Amumu Tips And Tricks -Q to jungle camps and minions to get around faster or escape -Tank enemy hooks and crowd control by throwing your Q to something the moment before it hits you, you will still be pulled to your Q target even while stunned or hooked -When you land your Q wait until the last possible moment before you use R as to not overlap crowd control -Take into account the enemies Tenacity when performing your crowd control combos, this includes runes in the Resolve/Precision tree, Mercury Treats as well as your own Anathema’s Chains -Try to land an autoattack before you use E so that you apply your passive first, increasing the damage your E will deal. -Don’t ever use your E on Baron or Dragon as it’ll waste mana, instead use W as it deals % heal damage which stacks up quickly against these neutral monsters. -Walk at the enemy aggressively and then stand still or emote, this will sometimes panic the enemy into thinking it was your Q and they will waste abilities or try to dodge. -Your Q will always pull you to an enemy, even if they use a dash or a spellshield, keep this in mind so that you’re always ready to instantly follow up with your R when necessary, but be careful as enemies may dash backwards to bring you into their tower. -You’re often stronger fighting inside enemy creeps as their damage isn’t very relevant but their attacks will quickly refresh your E. -Don’t be afraid to freeze the minion wave in lane by tanking creeps as your E will reduce their damage massively -You can easily take the enemy wolves and raptors by yourself, especially once you have ability power from your Zhonya’s - If your team isn’t catching minion waves you can quickly push them out with your W and E, a great thing to do is to quickly kill all the ranged creeps, leaving just the melee ones to set up a slow push.  Suggested core builds Shoes can be interchanged with any defensive boots. Always build Mythic first then Anathema’s Chains. Items Advanced -Always build mythic first item -Always build the Kindlegem first when buying Mythic items as health is the best early game stat -Evenshroud is generally better and my recommendation as it makes you incredibly tanky and requires no thought to play around and is better in a solo queue environment where there is constant fighting, it’s especially good on Amumu where you can easily apply crowd control to the enemy team. -Locket is always a good option too, if the only win condition for your team is to keep a carry alive then it’s a great option especially. Also consider the enemies champions, if they have a lot of assassins or burst mages it’s great as even a small amount of passive resistances for your team is really effective versus Lethality and flat magic penetration. --Anathema’s Chains is generally the best item for most games, put it on the enemy champion who will most consistently be hitting you (generally the adc) or if the enemy has a single AP source you can put it on them and only build magic resist. Also consider putting on a melee champion that you can land crowd

Karma Tips And Tricks -Level 1 always prioritize taking push, you can do so by trading heavily onto enemies when you’re stronger, or by using spells on the minions and then fighting with a minion advantage in contested matchups. -Never use your R when leashing your jungler, you need it for lane. -Never leash for more than 5 or 6 autoattacks, otherwise you’ll be late to lane and might miss out on XP or on taking push. -Consider saving your R when you Q if the enemy has a shield available like Guardian or Lux W, once it’s on cooldown you can use R + Q and trade. -Instead of face checking bushes use your Q to check for enemies inside. -When you’re about to crash a bit minion wave save your R, it’s best to use it on the enemy as they try to farm under tower or during a dive. -At neutral objectives save your R to be used for an R + E when your team wants to turn off and fight the enemy. -Unless you are building AP you should almost never use R + Q again after laning phase, it’s better to use R + E for the bigger shield in 95% of situations. -Once you have Ardent Censor or Staff Of Flowing Water, make sure you are hitting the correct team members with your R + E to apply the effect to them. -Unless building AP you should only put 3 - 4 points in your Q before maxing E, you only need your Q’s damage to win lane, once lane phase ends max E for bigger shields. -Versus mage supports you can consider putting a 2nd point in your Q at level 3, this will make your gank potential weaker but if you’re just trading poke it will give you an advantage. -You can use R + W on Dragon or Baron to heal off of them, remember that it is based on missing health so only use them when very low on health. -When taking neutral objectives early/mid game, using Q and W is a waste of mana, only use your E on whoever is tanking so that you don’t run out of mana. -When walking out of base use your E on a teammate to give you both the movement speed of Shurelya’s Battlesong Suggested

Leona Tips And Tricks -Kill wards quicker by using your Q as an auto attack reset -If the enemy has Mercury treads your Q will not stun long enough to combo with your R, therefore you can use Anathema’s Chains on that enemy to reduce their tenacity so the combo works again -The best way to push a minion wave quickly is to use W and E on the wave, make sure to space out the usage so that your teammates can proc your passive twice for more damage. -Your E doesn’t crowd control an enemy until the projectile finishes traveling, therefore don’t rely on crowd control of your E to come quickly, especially when casting it at melee range. -In a teamfight it’s often better not to use your E if you’re already in range of someone and can use Q, save your E to be more mobile -Your E will only CC the last enemy hit, keep this in mind when trying to combo it with other abilities -Your W will retain the resistances for a few seconds longer if you hit an enemy champion with the detonation so try and make sure it lands -Try not to use your W unnecessarily if you’re not full on mana as it will very quickly make you run out -Don’t use your Q to clear wards unless it’s urgent if you’re not close to full mana -When leashing you can do an autoattack -> animation cancel with Q -> 1 final autoattack and run backwards all before the buff will hit you back for a super good leash. -You can kill wards that the enemy places near you before they go stealth with a Autoattack + Q + autoattack combo -Always make trades around your Bone Plating and Glacial/Aftershock, you’re much tankier with these abilities so try and pick your engages -In early levels don’t be afraid of minions when you have your W active as they’ll deal almost no damage meaning you can fight in huge creep waves or even under towers. -In most lane matchups you should stay in the lane bushes to help you get closer to the enemy to find an engage, if the enemy support doesn’t contest you you can quickly run into the enemies lane bush to put a lot of pressure on them from the side. -Use Hex Flash from the lane bush to put you in range to hit your E from an extreme range -When you trade flashes with an enemy keep in mind if you have Cosmic Insight, if you do your Flash will be up 40seconds before the enemies leaving you a window to look for a kill. Suggested runes Glacial is almost always better but this is okay if your prefer Runes Advanced - Plating is great versus melee supports, play your trade timings around its cooldown and you’ll win any fight that starts when you have it up. It also stops enemy tank supports from using their crowd control on you meaning you can block hooks and other abilities without fear of being bursted. A reminder that it only blocks damage from the first person that procs it. -Hexflash: Hex flash is generally good and

Thresh Tips And Tricks -Your Flay range is the same as your auto attack range, therefore it’s usually best to use Flay first. -You Q pulls the enemy towards you 2 times over the duration, if you reactivate it too early you will miss out on the second pull. -Throwing your lantern displays an indicator of how you can walk away from it before it disappears, although this indicator doesn’t show up on your screen if you aren’t looking at your lantern at the moment it lands. -You can disguise your Q animation by beginning an auto attack and then casting Q after a brief moment. -You can hook to jungle camps, neutral monsters and minions as a means of escape, often bringing a teammate with you using your lantern. -Use Hex Flash over walls combined with your lantern to help your jungler dodge vision for a gank and help your teammates rotate through the jungle. -Wait until enemies use a movement ability and aim your hook for where they land so that they can’t dodge it. -When versing engage supports cast your hook on top of your ally when the enemy engages, this will crowd control the enemy as soon as they go in so that they can’t land any follow up. -When running at an enemy to hook, stand still and begin your recall or dance animation, often the enemy can mistake this for your hook animation and Flash. -When an enemy has to dodge your hook in order to live it’s often best to hold your hook and continue running at them, often the enemy will panic and dodge backwards letting you close some distance. -Try to get on the map first so you can place some wards and hide behind them, it’s much easier to get picks when you’re there first and the enemy has to facecheck you. -It’s much easier to hit skillshots if the enemy is walking towards you, when chasing in teamfights try waiting for an enemy to try to turn and then hook them -The range of your hook is slightly longer than the indicator shows. -Flay will also hit targets slightly to the left and right of your champion, hover over the ability to view the indicator to see this. -If you hit a hook at max range you will have to walk slightly forward to be in range for your Flay when the hook finishes. Senna Tips And Tricks -When kiting in teamfights, hit an enemy twice to proc your passive and get the extra movement speed before repositioning -Use your Q on souls to snipe the enemy and also pick up the soul -Dragon and Baron will drop 2 souls, use your Q on them as they die to instantly pick up both souls -In the mid game help your team take jungle camps between minion waves to get extra souls, especially camps like raptors and golems -It’s important you follow the farm in the mid game, when your side laners catch big waves be there to get the souls. -Look for a trade in lane every time your Q is up, hit the enemy twice for the soul and then quickly back out unless you’re going all-in. -It’s best to trade 1v1 in lane, try to poke the enemy when their lane partner isn’t in range to help them as you’ll outtrade any champion in the game 1v1. -It’s best to use your W from the lane bush to disguise the cast animation -Use your W or Q through a ward to check a bush without face checking it, if you get gold from your support item an enemy is inside. -When your jungler ganks have them come through the lane, you can use your E to sneak them into range of the enemy. -Try to take trades around the cooldown of your Fleet Footwork -Don’t ever try to ward or facecheck by yourself, team up with your ADC or jungler to get vision and let your tanks go first. -Ward the lane bushes if the enemy uses them to hide so that you can continue to attack them and push them out of lane Items Suggested core builds Finishing your build -Edge of night should be built when verusing an enemy team comp with champions that needs to engage into you to be effective  (Malphite, Nautilus) -The collector is the highest damage item you can build versus an enemy comp that is squishy, build it after your other core items if you can survive without a defensive item.

Nami Tips And Tricks -Use Q and E on yourself and allies to proc your passive to get out of lane faster, don’t waste too much mana doing this though. -You win short 1v1 trades versus any champion in botlane with your W up, try to trade on the enemy ADC or support when they are isolated. -When chasing the enemy, use your Q on your teammates to help them chase the enemy down. -You can E yourself/your ally while their autoattack is in the air, the autoattack will still proc your E. -Your W range is bigger than your autoattack range, therefore always open with your W before autoattacks in a trade. -Stand behind your teammates in fights, when the enemies use abilities with a gapcloser you can easily hit them with your Q by using it on top of your teammates. -Use your R through thick terrain to make it hard for enemies to see -At dragon and baron, often you can hide inside the pit and use your R from an off angle to surprise the enemies. -At level 6 use the lane bushes to get as close to the enemies as possible, then use your R and chain it into your Q for a guaranteed all-in. -Try to always trade before your support item gets 3 stacks to make the maximum amount of gold possible. -Don’t worry about using autoattacks in teamfights, it’s more important to have safe positioning and play by using abilities on your carries. -First use your E on an ally to apply the shield from Aery this will apply Ardent Censer/Staff Of Flowing Water without using your W meaning you can apply it to two teammates. -Use your R towards champions with dashes to create an impassable wall they can’t dash through to engage. Use your E first and then W and use the burst of movement speed to better aim your E. You can use Flash while charging your Q, use this to flash over minions while charging to hook enemies. Use your E and Flash before the ghost catches up to you, you can redirect your stun this way and even change the trajectory it follows towards you to hit multiple angles. Stand closely behind an enemy when landing your E, you can quickly charge your Q while walking to the other side of them and hook them into your team all while they are still stunned. Use hook and quickly E past an enemy, often the lingering slow from hook is enough that an enemy can’t dodge your stun, be careful doing this though as if the enemy has Flash they can escape as this isn’t a perfect crowd control chain. Use your E towards an enemy and then use Prowler’s crawl at the last second to put yourself behind them, this is great as the enemy cannot dodge this combo without Flashing. When using R try to use it off either the knockup of your Q or the stun of your E so that the enemy cannot Flash to dodge it. For key targets, you can use your E then quickly R to close the distance, this way you can use W to quickly run behind them so they are stunned by your E. Try using your Q before or after Hail Of Blades, as using it during massively slows down the attack animations reducing your burst damage. Tips and tricks Use your E on your nexus when leaving base, your E range is slightly bigger than half the width of the nexus so the range will be extended to take you to the other side. Use the move speed of your W to get out of base quickly, this will give you the confidence to be on the map before the enemy so you can quickly get down

Auto attack first then quickly use your Q whilst your auto attack is on cooldown to make use of the time between auto attacks. Use your W on an ally, this will send Pix to them shielding them with your Aery keystone and giving them the speedup from Shurelyas, you can then use your E on a different ally shielding them and also granting the speedup from Shurelyas. Make sure to use spells on allies when running out of base for the speedup from Shurelyas. Use your W, Shurelyas active and summoner heal if you have it, on an ally all at the same time as a way to super speed them into a fight. Aim your Q very close to your champion and it will cause two projectiles to shoot in different directions, this is hard to aim but can be used on the enemy from the bush as they walk into lane to hit multiple people. Try to identify in teamfight who on the enemy team is a threat to your carries, assign a defensive ability to each threat (eg: W for talon, exhaust for Kayn) Your W is most often better used for the crowd control in the skirmishing stages in the game unless there are no diving threats to your carries, make higher consideration on saving your W especially if you don’t have your ultimate or exhaust up. In small skirmishes it can sometimes be good to Flash onto an important target and ult yourself, then instantly using your W to chain crowd control them if you team can 1 shot them. When trying to push a minion wave or kill a neutral objective as fast as possible it’s better to use your E on an ally as it will do more damage using Pix (passive) then from using the ability on an enemy. Ability max order 3 points E > max W > max E > Max Q Put 4 or 5 points into E if you are struggling in the later parts of lane or versing a double poke bot lane Suggestd core builds Shurelya’s Battlesong should be taken in almost every game, although Moonstone Renewer can be built when the enemy team lacks damage and teamfights will last a very long time as it will have ample time to stack. Items Advanced You should start the game with Spellthief's Edge in almost every situation, as the gold you can make from it is far higher than that of Relic shield and the stats suit Lulu better. Relic Shield is an option but only in game where you can’t go in range to poke in lane without being one shot (versus Samira/Naut, Draven/Pyke ect)
