Road to SSL: Guided 6 Week Program
This training plan is perfect if you are looking for something a little bit more hands on than my other programs. During this program we are going to be working together very closely on a weekly basis in order to help you reach your dream rank. We will take a look at your gameplay and mechanical ability and provide some structure on how you can get the most out of your time spent practicing, but with the added benefit of weekly sessions to make sure you are staying on track and to readjust our goals and training as you begin to soar up the ranked ladder!
Sessions Overview
Week 1: Mechanical Analysis
1 hourFor our first session we will begin with introductions and analysing your mechanical ability in order to determine the appropriate lesson plan that will suit you the best! We will be breaking down all aspects of your game from half flips to flip resets so that the program is properly calibrated!
Week 3: Training Routines
1 hourBased off of the previous sessions we will begin introducing specific drills and excercises that are going to help you to elevate your gameplay.
Week 2: Gameplay Analysis
1 hourFor this session we will begin looking at your gameplay, observing your strengths and weaknesses as a player so that we can start working around the skills you are comfortable with while also reinforcing any areas of your game that may be lagging behind.
Week 4: Mindset Coaching
1 hourAn often overlooked element on the road towards your dream rank. I will be breaking down techniques used by professional atheltes in order to help them stay calm under pressure, maintain their motivation, improve confidence
Week 6: Bonus Lesson!
1 hourThis lesson can be used at any time during the program when you feel like you need a little extra boost! There is no set lesson plan it can focus on any aspect of your game or you can ask me to recommend what you think we should focus on!
Week 5: Gameplay Check-Up
1 hourContinuing with our training I will check in on your progress in order to see what needs to be adjusted. By now you will be familiar with my "S.M.A.R.T.E.R" Goals, today is covering the "R"
