My name is Scarn aka michaelscarn60tv aka Matthew. I am a VALORANT coach as well as a competitive VALORANT player. I have been coaching since I was 14 back when I played Overwatch competitively. Since then, I have learned how to help my students in a more effective and efficient way. While most of my coaching experience has been coaching individual players, I have also coached teams before on various games which has given me the experience I need to succeed and thrive as a coach. In addition, playing VALORANT at a T2 level has expanded my coaching knowledge tenfold. My coaching is extremely detailed, as I will try to point out every single mistake my students make. Whether you are iron or radiant, all of my students can expect to learn a thing or two and will see an increase in their overall skill as well as their rank. I have seen firsthand the improvement players can make under the right teacher, which is why I have decided to dedicate more of my time towards helping others achieve their goals in VALORANT.

We will hop in a discord call and you will screenshare a full ranked game for me. I will point out everything you are doing wrong, and you can ask me as many questions as you would like. I will also give you a notes sheet of your main issues after the game is over. (If the game is extremely short, I will watch another game for free)

How to Play Any Agent and Map
VALORANT
We will hop into a call and join a custom game together using your choice of agent and map. From there, I will show you how to play that map using that agent to the best of your ability. Throughout this time you can ask me any questions you have, and I will address all of them.

3 Week Improvement Plan

In the first week of this training plan, I will give you an aim routine on Kovaaks, and we will do a private coaching session to get a good baseline of what you need the most help with. In weeks 2 and 3, we will have 2 VOD reviews each week to pinpoint what your issues are, and I will show you how to improve effectively. Once the training plan is over, I will check in with you from time to time to see how things are coming along.
