These sessions have the same approach as the 1 on 1 sessions but in the context of a team environment (read the description of 1 on 1 sessions to know more). During the session, we will be targeting issues that affect the whole team, such as: - Misalignments of all sorts (objectives, training methodology, schedule, level of commitment, etc) - General lack of motivation and accountability. - Interpersonal conflicts. - Etc. These sessions can also be used to work on individual issues within the team environment but in these cases is preferable to book a bundle of 3 or more sessions.
