You'll learn how to build a strong ownership culture, communicate effectively with your teammates, manage conflicts efficiently and build trust. Whether you're an IGL, player, coach or team manager, you'll benefit from this training plan.

Sessions Overview

The Art of Leadership - 1. Intro & Evaluation

1 hour

During this introductory lesson, we will evaluate your current situation as a leader within your team and your strengths and weaknesses.

The Art of Leadership - 3. Feedback

1 hour

Once you've put the plan in motion, we will have a feedback session to evaluate your progress and consider making any changes if needed. If you need more sessions after that, you can simply order 1 on 1 sessions.

The Art of Leadership - 2. Work plan

1 hour

In this third lesson, we will elaborate a plan to help you work on all the necessary areas to become a strong leader.
