The Quick Fix - Situation analysis
The Quick Fix is the ideal choice for those who are not new to mental coaching and who have already worked a generous amount of time on their mindset. During these 30-minute sessions, we will review situations of your choosing that caused some kind of interpersonal or intrapersonal problem during a match or a team discussion. In essence, The Quick Fix is like a standard 1 on 1 session but aimed at something very specific. Here are some examples of situations that might be good candidates for a Quick Fix: - An isolated conflict with another player or the whole team. - Excessive frustration, to the point of being tilted or feeling defeated. - Inability to express your point of view effectively. - Any kind of mental and/or emotional confusion caused by that situation. - etc.
