• What is the best way to contact you if I have questions before booking?

• What do you offer?
  I offer psychological performance coaching. What that means is: a) you can bring any topic, question or situation you struggle with and we will discuss and solve it. b) we discuss, learn and train various mental skills such as goal-setting, positive self-talk, growth mindset or compassion. This includes a deep understanding of the mental skill and how to implement them in daily life.

• What are your credentials & qualifications?
  I have a master of science degree in psychology and 6 years of esports experience. In these years, I have coached 50+ people in many different games (farming simulator, super smash bros, league of legends, rainbow six: siege, Overwatch, World of Warcraft etc.). I also coach kids in football :)

• Are you a Therapist?
  No I am NOT a therapist! I have a Masters Degree in Psychology but I am not equipped to help people suffering from serious mental health issues. If you book a session with me and I think you'd be better supported by a mental health professional, I will refund your session and help you find help.

• Do I have to prepare for the Sessions?
  Short answer: no. These sessions have a focus on you. Your experiences, your thoughts and feelings. Nothing to prep there!
