Team Coaching

I will go over everything your team needs to improve including personal responsibility, Communication, Strategy, In-Game-Leading. I know how to improve a team and 2 scrim blocks will be enough for me to tell you and your players plenty of things they need to know. Having an issue in the team you can't resolve? Have me come in and mediate. The reason I do 2 Scrims is because I need at least a few games to know what a team does and needs. One scrim just isn't enough. These games can be recorded or Live and that is up to you. Recorded games will often give more value so find the 2 best scrims you have (current) and Let's go to work!
