Hi, I'm James. I play high-level competitive Pokémon and have been playing for over 7 years. Ever since I was 11 and went to my first World Championships, I've always dreamed about being the best Pokémon player of all time. In my time playing so far I've won the 2018 World Championships and multiple International Championships, and over time I have been asked for advice and practice by other top players. I've worked with a ton of people throughout the years and across different age divisions, and it always makes me happy to see people I've helped along the way succeed at their goals. So now I'm here on Metafy with a way for you to learn more about Pokémon than you ever needed to, and to help you on your path to success. To me, Pokémon isn't just about winning everything, it's about growing and learning as a player, and I believe that should be reflected in your outlook as well. I try to apply a casual approach to coaching, and would like to see what fundamentals and concepts you understand so I can teach you what you want to learn.
