BLACK ROOM ( Pre- White Room)
Hello, this training plan is composed of 2 sessions. The first session lasts 1 hour. The second one will be 30 minutes (90 mins TOTAL.) This plan is far from being as complete as White Room + Beginner Friendly. This plan is designed for people with a smaller budget.

1 hourDuring the first lesson in the black room. We will focus on learning what you critically need to improve/work on. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS TRAINING PLAN IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE.
