Comprehensive Improvement Plan
In this plan we will cover every basic aspect of high level competition. How to approach the neutral game with your character, how to patch the holes in your defense and both exploit and create holes in your opponent's defense, and how to keep a steady mentality while conditioning your opponent to pick their worst options.
Sessions Overview
Week 1 - Assessment & Neutral
1.5 hoursWe will focus on your overall strengths, weaknesses, habits, & general playstyle. We will also discuss how to play neutral with your character and how to determine the risk & reward of your options in neutral.
Week 2 - Adjustments & Defense
1.5 hoursWe will focus on any large adjustments from the previous week along with tightening up your defense. This will use both defensive mechanics such as DI & SDI and cover how to actively defend yourself with movement and attacks.
Week 3 - Mentality & Offense
1.5 hoursWe will focus on maintaining a stable mindset both during a match and in between your sets. We will also cover how to maximize your combos, pressure, & edgeguarding and how that makes your neutral options more threatening.
Week 4 - Review & Conditioning
1.5 hoursWe will focus on combining everything you've learned so far into a well-rounded gameplan. We will also cover how to condition your opponent into picking poor options.
