Team Coaching

This session is for Teams only, If you do not have a team already formed please schedule a Consultation to talk more about what you need. In this session we will get together with you, your team and myself in a group call and have a short discussion introducing ourselves and what we believe the roles in the team are. After said short discussion we may dive into gameplay for 1 hour, scrims are preferred but ranked works as well. Next we will go into a Replay Review session where we go over each players habits and tactics during a few of the games. After all of that we will end with another discussion and I will give a breakdown on tactics and lessons you can use as a team to continue to get better over the weeks to come. What we will do in this session: - Watch up to 3 of your desired replays & analyze your strengths/weaknesses as a team - Dive into how to view the game from a bigger picture point of view as a team and have an open discussion. - Answer any questions at any time and provide explanation with my answer no matter how "dumb" you may think the question is please ask if you are curious - Create a training routine for your team to continue to grow in the weeks after our session
