My name is Marco and I go by Yurikov in GG Strive. I am considered to be one of the finest Millia mains in the community. In addition, I also have a discord which many considered to be the training ground for all aspiring GG players. When it comes to KOF, I am considered a top player in the KOF series in the EC. Previously, I used to go by Marco Polo. I was a top contender in the KOFXIII series and made an impact in KOFXIV winning several majors in addition to qualifying for the Neo Geo World Tour in Taiwan playing the best of the best. Now that KOFXV is around, I plan on also investing in KOFXV. GG has been a fantastic series since its inception. I have been fascinated by the lore and gameplay that it entails. Although I observed it, I never had the opportunity to try the game until Strive. I was new to the series so learning was a process. I put in time and dedication to learn and thoroughly understand the depth of the game. I can safely say that it paid off as I was able to place and/or win in many events both online and offline. My approach to helping others is important. I genuinely feel that helping members in the community will be beneficial as it will lead to growth and development. I have a thorough approach in assisting others in their game play. It will include the following: 1) VOD review – This is a hard concept because not many of us want to review matches that we lost right? I understand it, but it is important when it comes to learning. I will sit with you and review each match and analyze your strengths and weaknesses. 2) Training one on one – I will play you in a set and we will discuss the matchup and what tools is needed to win. Say if it’s Millia vs Pot for example. It’s a hard matchup for Millia in all of GG history, but it is winnable. I will sit with you and show you how to go about it. 3) YK Kumite: I have a personalized discord with many strong players you see in most events. I will organized a time where you will play with these players and we will talk through each match. It is important that you develop a sense of endurance especially when you compete in long events. I was a nobody when it came to the GG series, but I have made an impact in the scene. I would like to do the same for you.
