Tournament Winner Package (6 hours)
This will be a 4 week training plan of 2 hour sessions a week specifically tailored for you and your own personal prep for an event of the Regional scale.
Sessions Overview
Week 2
1.5 hoursIn my opinion, half of the battle derives from Team Preview. Being able to assess what your opponent will bring, their possible leads, win conditions, etc. Understanding your opponent’s win conditions before the battle starts is important for creating efficient endgames. We will use our second session to focus on this, and use our knowledge to develop gameplans.
Week 1
1.5 hoursWe will use this first session to tailor specifically to you. What are your VGC goals this season? Are you preparing for an event? Or want to improve overall? We will use the first half of our first session to focus on what you want to accomplish after we finish the training plan, make steps towards achieving those and use the second hour of our session to look at Teambuilding as a whole.
Week 4
1.5 hoursUnderstanding Replays are what define the 1% of the community. Being able to process why they lead the way they did, their move options and even being able to apply it to your game is always helpful and less stressful as you aren’t playing. Looking over your own replays are helpful for one’s growth as well, as they are more personal.
Week 3
1.5 hoursAll serious Swiss Rounds in any given event are B03 (Best of Three), where one is trying to win 2 out of 3 games in a round. Learning how to adjust into your opponent’s playstyle as well as adapt yours to win is crucial to Victory. Prepping for Matchups, as well as identifying Lines of Play throughout a match are aspects of the game that many professional players do, and it shows in their performances.
