How does your coaching work?
My coaching services hinge on VOD review, pointing out things to be improved on and helping you make correct decisions when given time. Live coaching after the review can be added on, where I remind you of what we talked about in an actual game. I also can expand on more advanced game knowledge.
What's up with this "new student form"?
That is a link to a google form to fill out that lets me know your experience as a player and what exactly you're looking for in coaching.
How high of a rank do you coach?
I've comfortably provided basic VOD reviews for up to Masters players, with more in depth subjects being discussed with any players from Bronze up to Diamond.
How long have you coached for? How much experience do you have?
I've provided coaching for several of my friends, and a couple people I'm only lightly acquainted with. This includes on stream and private sessions. I've been doing VOD review since around the end of OW1 (~July 2023). My highest rank is GM and I've participated in tournament play before.
Which heroes/roles do you coach?
My understanding of the game extends to all roles and heroes, so I coach everything. However my specialty is in Support.
What regions/time zones do you coach?
I can provide coaching for any region or time zone, however outside of my normal hours (8am-10pm PST) make sure to contact me ahead of time so I can ensure I prepare for it properly.
What kind of coaching environment do you foster?
I try and keep things pretty chill and easy going. Taking the step to find coaching shows you're serious about the game, but it's no reason to berate you about your performance. Just pointing out the "lowest hanging fruit", maybe a joke or two here and there to keep the energy going.
Do you coach console players?
Yes, I am personally on PC but I've coached console players in the past.
