What is the best way to reach you?

How soon will you get back to me?
As soon as I see your message, usually between 15-30 minutes.
What's the best schedule for ongoing coaching?
I'd say take a few days between coaching sessions to try and apply what you've learned. Feel free to DM me in this period of time between sessions with any questions you might have.
How many sessions should I schedule?
I stronly reccomend going for the 3 session training plan, it's not only the best bang for your buck, but it also allows to go over different key aspects of the game. A single session is still fine if you have specific things you want to improve on, and follow up sessions are always available.
